Cadets are reminded to bring the necessary items for CCA:
-uniform cover with full brigade uniform;
-1.5 litre bottle fully filled to the brim;
-a normal water bottle fully filled to the brim;
-first aid manual and triangular bandage.
Cadets are reminded to tidy their hair, trim their nails to an appropriate length, remove all markings on skin and wear their PT kits adhering to school rules. Cadets with long hair are expected to bun their hair securely with bun nets; and put on spectacle hooks when necessary.
Cadets are advised to take good care of their health. Those who are on medication regime and/or not feeling well before/ during CCA are to report to the Welfare NCOs.
With effect from 31 March, the 1.5 litre bottles will only be used during first and last parades, and will be kept in the SJ room after every CCA. Cadets are to drink from their normal water bottles for hygiene purposes.
From 7 April onward, 1.5 litre bottles will be left outside the SJ room 20 minutes before every CCA begins. Cadets are to claim all 1.5 litre bottles and align them at the forum before CCA commences as per usual.
